After the testing stage, the next stage is the viability stage. Next we complete the critical assemblies and testing stages. After this we have the Prototype stage. At the Prototype stage, we produce the first product that looks like a real product.
Of course, the product is not produced with the mass production technologies, but it does still function like a final product. This process is important because we need to be sure that the mass production facilities are absolutely accurate and our investment is not wasted in any manner.
- Preparation for manufacturing – improve the contours of the product and other parts around the concept considering future costs at the production stage
- We manufacture the product according to your drawings
- Functional planning examination – certain elements are influenced by each other’s, so often even though you planned the product well each element is supposed to function ; the connection between them can create problems later
- In the case that the product is designed for marine environment uses we will make resistance testing and sealing pressure chamber test in the prototype stage to avoid future problem
